Golden Retriever Purchase Contract

This contract shall be legally binding in all 50 states. The following conditions must be met and maintained or the animal is forfeit and will be returned to the Breeder listed below.

 

1. Puppy must recieve all required vaccines on time and as needed 

2. Puppies come microchipped this must be filed on AKC registration and a isenvo.com account established for each owner 

3. Puppy must have completed AKC registration within 90 days

4. Puppies will NOT be bred or altered until a minimum of 18 months of age.

5. If at any time I am unable to keep my puppy I will contact the breeder to return the dog, this animal will NEVER be surrenderred to a shelter or rescue for any reason.

I understand and accept the parameters of this contract and agree to abide by it for the safety and well being of my animal.
